Sizing can be difficult at home so if you don't already know your ring size, I would recommend going to a nearby jewelry store. Most places will size you for free and it is best way to get an accurate sizing!
Chain lengths can be a little tricky since every body type is different. I recommend getting some floss or string and measuring to your desired length (in inches). Keep in mind that the chain lengths do not include the pendant - the pendant will always sit below the chain.
