What material do you make your jewelry with?

All materials are Sterling Silver and 14k Gold-fill unless stated otherwise on the item page.


I've just placed my order, when will it be shipped?

If your piece is custom (or made-to-order)*, it may take up to 2 weeks to ship out. For pieces that are in stock, orders will be shipped out within 2-3 business days. Once the item has been shipped you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing an order to avoid any further delays.

*Please note that most pieces are made to order.


What carrier do you ship with?

Orders will be shipped out with USPS Priority Mail, unless stated otherwise in your confirmation email. Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly before placing an order to avoid any further delays.


I accidentally put the wrong size/address at checkout. What do I do? 

In the account that an incorrect address or size has been entered, email as soon as possible so we can attempt to correct it. Once the item has been shipped out we are no longer responsible for any loss or theft that may occur. Please double check the correct address has been filled out or the correct size has been selected before placing your order to avoid any shipping issues. 


I'm not sure what size to order. How do I figure out my size?

Rings: Sizing can be difficult at home so if you don't already know your ring size, I would recommend going to a nearby jewelry store. Most places will size you for free and it is best way to get an accurate sizing! 

Necklaces & Chains: Chain lengths can also be a little tricky since every body type is different! I recommend getting some floss or string and measuring to your desired length (in inches). Keep in mind that the chain lengths do not include the pendant - the pendant will always sit below the chain.

How do you recommend caring for my piece? 

To ensure your jewelry has a long lifespan, it is best to keep your piece out of water and avoid direct exposure to harsh soaps or lotions. If your jewelry is cared for, it will last you forever! 


Do you offer any jewelry cleaning services?

I offer cleaning and polishing services on all of my pieces for free*! Just reach out and we can get something set up to have the jewelry sent back. I will return your piece bright and shiny again! Please allow up to 2 weeks for cleaning services to be completed and shipped back out. Please wait for approval before sending any pieces back for cleaning!

Do you offer repair services on your pieces?

If your piece requires any repairs, a small fee may apply depending on the extent of the damage. Reach out at so I can get your piece looking brand new again!

I want to get a gift for someone special but I don't know what to get. Can you help me?

If you aren't sure of what to order, you can always reach out and we can work on something together. Gift certificates are also available for purchase! 


What is your return policy?

All items are final sale with few exceptions. Any piece returned will need to be approved for store credit before being sent back. If an item is sent back without approval, any expenses incurred will not be refunded.

In the event that a return has been approved, the item will be refunded for store credit only.
